| Robert H. Davis is a professor of acting, voice and speech at the Hartt School, University of Hartford, Connecticut. Previously he taught at LSU, where he served as the associate chair of the theatre department. Bob was a member of Joanne Woodward's Actors Group of New York, and, as a professional actor and voice coach, he has worked with many regional theatres including Shakespeare & Company, Yale Repertory Theatre, Colorado Shakespeare Festival, The Shakespeare Festival at Tulane, and Pennsylvania Stage Company. Younger audiences have seen him on public television’s Sesame Street. He has also directed numerous stage productions. Bob has served on the faculties of the National Endowment for the Humanities National Institute on Teaching Shakespeare and the BellSouth Institute on Teaching Shakespeare. He is a member of the Actors Equity Association, the Voice and Speech Trainers Association, and is a designated Linklater voice teacher. Bob co-leads Powerful Speaking and Language of Leadership workshops for PROSPERO. |

| Michael Lame, the president and co-founder of PROSPERO, is a management consultant and organizational trainer who has worked with executives, managers, supervisors, and front-line employees in dozens of companies across the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. He has consulted with companies on strategic direction and focus, facilitated strategic planning sessions, designed and conducted programs in managerial effectiveness, and coached executives. A lifelong reader and lover of Shakespeare, Michael has served as an adjunct professor at Columbia University’s Business School, where he taught a course on Shakespeare and Leadership in the Executive MBA program. He has also taught at UCLA’s Graduate School of Management and has lectured on management topics to corporate executives at retreats and conferences. |
| A graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz and of Hastings Law School in San Francisco, Michael is an attorney by profession. He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1978. Prior to working with corporations, he designed and led programs in the fields of personal transformation, communication and conflict resolution. Michael has led or co-led all of PROSPERO's programs. |
